Rocky Point

Sorry for the late notice for this event which has become quite popular
despite the long drive for
those of you living around DC and northern Virginia.  It is the only event
where food is prepared
by a chef and drinks are provided for only $30 plus you get to take
leftovers home with you. Rocky
Point is a player friendly course with huge greens, various wildlife, birds
and beautiful views of the
only course on the west side of the Chesapeake Bay.

Par 72 White tees 6312 yards, Combo tees 6056 yards, Gold tees 5621 yards,
Red tees 5380 yards

FORMAT:  Play your own ball and 4 closest to the pins (CTP) for both men
and women on all Par 3's
and you only can win once, so put your name down even if you are not closer
anyway.  If you are a long
distance walk it off as best you can. This is optional, but for those of us
feeling lucky send $5 with your
food payment.

COSTS:  Due to Baltimore County, now not booking weekend outings until
after 2 PM, I am going to try
to get 7 consecutive tee times starting at 11 AM,  so that we can enjoy
getting back to our place at an
earlier hour.  With our Advantage cards and several others from friends I
can get tee times 16 days prior
to our outing.  The green fees will be $76 and will have to be paid at the
course.  Sorry they don't allow
walkers prior to noon and a small bucket of range balls will cost $6.  We
need to collect $30 up front for
the food and drinks and if you want to compete in the $5 CTP contest
totaling $35.

TIME:  Hopefully, I will have 7 consecutive tee times starting at 11 AM for
up to 28 players.  Respond
quickly because I have filled up fast in the past.

invite you to join us for dinner at our place 1627 Park Drive, Dundalk, MD
21222 about 20 minutes away for
chef prepared meals including 2 entrees, veggies, salads, dessert, beer,
wine and soft drinks on our deck,
lawn or pier for only $30 per person.
