Raspberry Recap

Under record glorious weather, sun-drenched skies and conversational clouds,
relatively low humidity, cicada-free conditions, ASGA-DC celebrated the
official start of its 2021 season with 60 golfers, and welcomed 8 new 2021
ASGA members (four of whom were golfing with us for the first time). We teed
off, shotgun style, at Raspberry Falls on Saturday, May 21, 2021. 



The Raspberry Falls staff were their usual fantastic, the fairway conditions
were conducive to great ball rolls, and some of us were treated to
experience the recently renovated bunkers. 



Following completion of our rounds, we were treated to Raspberry Falls'
Italian-style buffet spread, and tall tales from the day's fun. Closest to
the pin cash prizes, kudos and congratulations were awarded to:



5th hole:          Women's -->    Suzanne McNicholas @ 10'9"

New member, Linda Banton, won the door prize drawing: a round of golf for
four donated by Raspberry Falls.



I look forward to seeing many of you again on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at
Rattlewood Golf Course, in Mt. Airy, Maryland. The announcement will be
