Rocky Point Recap

 

The golf gods gave us a rain free day.  Annette & I wanted to thank all 36
who made the trek to this course especially those from DC and Virginia and
hope we made it worthwhile.  We handed out cash prizes to both the men and
women for the closest to the pins contest.  The winners were Trey
Mcstravick, JoAnn St Peter, Chuck Davis (2 1/2 feet), George Salmon, Adele
(Holly) Warner and Joe McCloskey.  Everyone made it around the course in
under 4 1/2 hours.  So pat yourselves on your back for that.

After working up an appetite, 33 of us made our way back to Annette's
house for chef prepared food by Tom , of brisket, salmon, veggies, fruits
and desserts.  Plus, we quenched our thirsts with a variety of fluids while
enjoying our water views from the deck, under the deck or from the
pier.  We also had plenty of food left over that people took home with
them. Thanks to everyone for making this a fun outing.
