the back gets tougher with tighter fairways and several water hazards,
including a pond that guards the public spectacle 18th green.

Arrive early, warm up on the driving range and the practice
putting/chipping green.
Format: Stroke Play
Includes: Greens Fees and Golf Cart
Competitions: Optional for Closest-to-the- Pin on all par 3's
and long putt on #18 for $4

Directions
From Virginia: Take I-495 north via the
American Legion Bridge, and the
I-270 spur toward Rockville/Frederick . On I-270, exit at Shady Grove
Road, and bear right to Redland Boulevard. Stay on Redland Boulevard,
cross MD Rt. 355/Frederick Road, when it turns into Redland Road. At
3rd light after crossing Rt. 355 (.9 mile), turn right onto Needwood
Road. Follow one mile to golf course on your right.
From Washington: Take
Wisconsin Avenue/Rockville Pike/Hungerford
Drive/Frederick Road/ MD Rt. 355 north to Redland Road and turn right
(King Farm is on your left). At 3rd light (.9 mile), turn right onto
Needwood Road. Follow one mile to golf course on your right.
From Baltimore: Take I-95 south to I-495
west. Exit at I-270 toward
Rockville/Frederick . On I-270, exit at Shady Grove Road, and bear right
to Redland Boulevard. Stay on Redland Boulevard, crossing MD Rt.
355/Frederick Road, when it turns into Redland Road. At 3rd light after
crossing Rt. 355 (.9 mile), turn right onto Needwood Road. Follow one
mile to golf course on your right.
From Frederick: Take I-270 south, exiting at I-370 east toward
Rockville. Exit off I-370 at Shady Grove
Road, and turn left. At 1st
light, turn right onto Rt. 355/Frederick Road. Follow to light at
Redland Road and turn left (King Farm is on your right). At 3rd light
(.9 mile), turn right onto Needwood Road. Follow one mile to golf
course on your right.
To Fontina Grille: From Needwood Golf Course, make a left onto Needwood
Road, go approximately 1 mile, and make a left on Redland Road. Cross
Rt. 355/Frederick Road (.9 mile), and stay on Redland Boulevard for .3
mile. Turn right on Pleasant Drive. (Approximately 5 minutes according
to Mapquest.)
